About Us
NFM Insights (Pty) Ltd is a boutique South African consulting firm founded by Nikiwe Musewe CA(SA) (M.Inst.D), a finance transformation specialist with over 15 years of experience spanning various Finance roles, global ERP implementations, IFRS 17 regulatory change and senior commercial finance.
Nikiwe has delivered firmwide finance transformation programmes at Harneys and Dentons, led IFRS 17 Finance Business Readiness across multiple listed group entities at Old Mutual Limited and served as Senior Manager in EY's Business Consulting practice. Her career foundation includes senior FP&A and manufacturing finance roles at Visa Sub-Saharan Africa and AB InBev, giving her rare commercial grounding alongside her transformation expertise.

A leading global professional services firm undertaking a firmwide Elite 3E ERP implementation across offices in the Americas, EMEA and Asia engaged NFM Insights to do Change Management, Communications and Finance Transition Readiness work.
NFM Insights crafted and executed the end-to-end change strategy, facilitated Finance Design Validation sessions with Global Heads of Finance across multiple jurisdictions, developed the global Finance Training Needs Analysis and Finance Roles Map and led all Finance go-live readiness activities, including dark period planning, cutover coordination and executive reporting.
